We are a Product Collection / Delivery Service which offers customers the option to order from businesses of their choice.
We do not prepare or have anything to do with the preparation of your order. We simply order it for you the way you request it.
What we guarantee is we will Collect / Deliver the product(s) in the condition they were prepared in by the requested business.
If you notify us of any complaints, complements etc.. about your recieved order we will inform the relevant partys on your behalf.
We are totally at the discretion of the customers requested business on whether we can order / collect from that business even if the business is listed on our website.
We issue each caller with an aprox. delivery time but we are also at the requested businesses discretion as when the order will be ready. Also due to road works and traffic peak times these times may vary slightly.
NO PRODUCTS are ordered by us until we are ready to collect / deliver as this way we can best ensure your order reaches you in the best possible condition. Also ALL products are carried in purpose built hot and cold units fitted in our vehicles. You can view same units at any time.
Dads.ie Home Delivery Services reserve the right to refuse collection / delivery from any business or orders going to certain customers / addresses and this is at the sole discretion of the Dial an Deliver operator dealing with the order.
ALL Products collected / purchased by us are the property of the Dads.ie Home Delivery Service until all charges are paid.
When Registering on line remember the following
If the number you are registering is not yours you will be banned from the Dads.ie Website and Service.
All users IP addresses are recorded.
All accounts registered on line must use a valid email address for validation
Barred Customers
Like every customer based business there is a few businesses / customers that just abuse the system be it prank callers, rude customers, rude staff, etc...
We reserve the right to refuse collection / delivery from any business(es) and to any customer(s).
We have a barred list of Businesses / Customers that can be viewed by registered business suppliers of Dads.ie Businesses.
This list is created to inform Businesses of potential problems and is NOT in public display.
Customers that have unpaid accounts
Like every customer based business when you get friendly with customers you may allow them credit but like every business there is a few customers that just abuse the system, so we always do the following with regards payment
IF we give credit we take a Debit Card or Credit Card number as insurance that if you don't pay your account on time then we bill your card.
IF your Debit Card or Credit Card is canceled either by you or your bank we contact you in regards other methods of payment.
IF you refuse to pay and / or ignore our calls then we post the information on our Hoax Caller pages warning other customers of what may happen if you deal with this person(s).
We are not responsible for anyone that uses your information that is posted on our website as we only post customers information as a last resort and all customers that ask for credit are informed of this.
We recommend YOU DO NOT ASK FOR CREDIT
And remember:
We do not tolerate any bad language on-line or from callers
We do not tolerate any references to adult material, example: websites etc
All Calls and Telephone numbers are recorded
If callers block their number from display then we call back and charge €1 extra on delivery
